This is very easy to achieve by utilising your own natural ability to enter into a state of hypnosis. This is because all hypnosis is simply a process of focusing your attention on a simple thought or idea which can easily be achieved by following the instructions given to you by the therapist.
As you co-operate with the therapist, by relaxing and listening to their voice, you will be naturally guided into a pleasant state of physical and mental relaxation. This will help the therapist to enable you to access your inner mind, or subconscious, where you can begin to make the changes you require in order for you to solve your problems.
It is important to remember that Hypnotherapy is a co-operative process where both you and the therapist will work together, as a team, in order to successfully resolve your problems.
